Hi there. My name is Tara Mercer and I am an artist, creator, teacher, designer and lover of all things art. I love to create with bright bold colours to make eye catching and (mostly) functional pieces of art and then turn around and create a soft delicate pattern that could easily be found on anything from textiles and home decor to phone cases and aprons. I have been a full time artist for over 15 years. I started with stained glass and moved into glass beads and then into mixed media. Recently I started working digitally, which is something I never thought would happen and it has opened up a whole new world. I believe that everyone needs a creative outlet and art is mine. Creating everyday is a blessing and I feel truly grateful to share my passion for art with you! Cheers Tara
