Main Line Trains (owner of Trains Gifts), was first created in 2016 for the purpose of publishing a train magazine on a bi-monthly basis. Since then Main Line Trains has expanded its presence on to the internet, first with its website in 2019, then on to Zazzle in 2020. Magazine publication ceased in 2021, but Main Line Trains still continues to maintain a blog on its website containing articles on various railway topics. It also continues to increase its product offerings via Zazzle.
