I developed an appreciation for the beauty around me because of circumstances. Soon a motto formulated. "Every morsel of life deserves its moment in the sun." I focus, in particular, on nature, but I also appreciate small town and hometown iconic or symbolic artifacts, structures, and any other visual representations of "memories." I am proudly a macro still life photographer, but sometimes I am a proud abstract macro photographer. Then again, I am a proud digital oil painter.
