I've been a musician for years (decades really), so I've always had a quirky, creative personality. When a friend of mine was opening a "brick and mortar" shop that sells local collectibles, antiques and art, I suggested he sell T-shirts and magnets as well. To my surprise, he asked if I would design them. I hesitantly said "yes" (very little design experience) and I was off and running. I loved it! The process of designing scratched my creative "itch" and it was so rewarding to see people wear "my" t-shirts. When he had to re-order, I was over the moon! It was an unexpected adventure which I've grown to love. So, I'm taking the plunge and offering my designs online with Zazzle (who are fantastic) and see what happens. It's never too late to start something new.
