Team Literary

Team Literary began years ago when I had the brilliant (like, seriously brilliant) inspiration for a series of t-shirts that played on the Team Edward vs. Team Jacob of Twilight fame that was popular at the time, but I was not a fan of either. Instead, I realized that all my book heroes (aka, book boyfriends) were studs of literature from yesteryear—Mr. Darcy, Heathcliff, Mr. Rochester, and Romeo. So I made up a series of shirts and bags and voila! Team Literary t-shirts were born. Now well-read women (and men) can proclaim their support for each of these literary heroes. Since then, I've enjoyed creating things of all kinds, from jewelry to knitting to writing to design. (You can see my Etsy shop for items I've handcrafted: www.etsy.com/shop/MyDarlingJewelry) I have a very dry, subversive, macabre sense of humor, so the sayings and designs I create for Team Literary tend to be on the subversive side, not to mention eclectic.
