Welcome to the online store for Spiral Path Yoga Center! We are a real-live yoga and meditation center in the La Crescenta neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. Yoga practice helps students improve their health, resilience, flexibility, strength, and balance. Our aspiration is to make these benefits accessible to diverse students of varying ages, backgrounds, and physicalities. We also honor the contemplative side of the yogic tradition, incorporating mindfulness practice alongside yoga, and blending the power of meditation with conscious movement. The spiral, a universal symbol depicted in ancient societies across the globe, represents this gradual movement toward a deeper sense of wellbeing. We continue to realize growth in healing and insight as we come full circle again and again.
