The Sixty Seconds' Training brand is inspired by Rudyard Kipling's poem, "If". The name is derived from the last stanza of the poem where he says, "if you can fill the unforgiving minute/ with sixty seconds' worth of distance run/ Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it/ and - what is more- you'll be a man, my son!" The brand focuses on providing low-cost training plans tailored to the individual and their specific goals while returning most of the proceeds to charitable organizations. The charitable organizations mainly help with servicemembers and their families and the poor. The two "phases" of the organization (fitness and giving) are meant to help motivate individuals to "Start Living" each day to the fullest.
