Sentient_Chili_Filk

Filk was a typo in an article about "science fiction folk music." The name stuck. You can find the songs of this "genre within a genre" at conventions, home sing-a-longs, and in a wide variety of analog and digital media. "Beware of the Sentient Chili" was first published as a poem in "Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine." It is one of 107 filk song lyrics featured in the 2022 book, "Sentient Chili and Stranger Filk." The cover art from the book is now available on t-shirts and other items in this Zazzle store.
