Safety begins at home. Every day, everyday people are keeping their neighbourhoods safe by watching out for telltale signs that something is amiss. From graffiti to break-ins, they are the eyes and ears of the local police as they provide a vital local resource of knowledge and information sharing. It is important to acknowledge the volunteer's contribution and to celebrate their milestones with a greeting card, booklet or commemorative item, and cartoonist Graham Harrop has created just those.
