PiCassieO!

"PiCassieO" is my alter ego as an artist - fun art which all originated in the "nose art" of my Airedale Cassie! I was a "serious" artist for 30 years, BFA and all. The wild markings of my Airedale Cassie on the windows and front door finally released my inner Fauve and I have been having a blast translating her "snool" into the colorful, crazy art of PiCassieO (named for one of my favorite artists, with Cassie in the center as usual!). It is so much fun to use the art on the wide variety of items offered here - makes me smile every time I see the finished products, thinking of that wild dog of mine and how she opened my eyes to new possibilities. Thank you, Cassie girl! Cassie "crossed the Bridge" in 2012, and then came Airedale #3, Calli the Space Cadet (her work is in the banner - she drew stars everywhere!). She flew away in 2021, and now #4 (Angus) is the new canine assistant. He's not as spaced out as Calli, but he does draw stars, along with lots of other things! He can fill up the storm door in 24 hours - a real whiz kid (maybe he is being coached by both of his predecessors?)! The smiles continue...
