Joanna Alberti's mission continues to be to design a character centered around her personal philosophy that "there's always something to celebrate!" She discovered her voice and created the philoSophie's® brand that features her main character, SOPHIE. Sophie is inspired by the power of positive thinking with a group of furry as well as human friends who support her adventures in life. Tackling assorted tasks (that we all take for granted), Sophie makes life fun and meets the challenges of every day in America, with flair, her own trendy fashion setting look and happy ways! Armed with a degree from Boston University, Joanna Alberti started her journey with Sophie in 2005 and continues creating Sophie adventures in her studio/boutique in Spencerport, NY.
