Foster A. Scotland was born and raised in Dade City, Florida. In high school he was an athlete, scholar, member of the band and the McKnight Achievers Honor Society. He attended the University of South Florida where he earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and became a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. While in college, he worked as a network engineer and developed a love for technology. He then transitioned to Tampa Technical Institute completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management and Technology. After completion of his Bachelor's degree he began working on his technical and received his A+, Network+, Security+, Citrix, and Microsoft Certifications. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In 2010, Foster became a member of Plant City Masonic Lodge #206 Prince Hall Affiliated. As he searches for more light in masonry, he has combined his passion for masonry with his entrepreneurial talents to bring you the PHA Superstore.
