Niki's Essentials

I've always been the creative type. Even playing with words was fun, and still is. I still love to crochet, knit, make soap, create fun graphic items and gifts for yourself and your friends. This year is to be a very selfish year for me. I'm going to surround myself with people I love, activities I enjoy, and not fear my creative streak. Self care and channeling the bipolar type 2 swings into positive things are great coping skills when the demons strike. But it can be ultimately crippling. Working traditional jobs are difficult. I'm making my skills work for me. Please enjoy my manic creations. I hope you love them as much as I do.
