I started a daily drawing discipline in the fall of 2016. As a response to national events a theme developed in my drawings: hope, peace, and joy in the everyday. I needed to find the good in the world. I continue to find it every day. On January 21, 2017 I drew an illustration depicting the amazing moment when thousands joined together at the Women's March Chicago. That drawing resonated with others who had been there too. People wanted posters, t-shirts, mugs: something to remind them of that day and what it stood for. Profits from the sale of these Women's March items will be donated to GirlForward.
