This store is based on my new series of paintings. I am a southern Louisiana, fantasy, artist that draws inspiration from music, myths, legends, literature and local stories written and oral. This particular series of paintings required research in many areas. Some of the areas of research include, period clothing, Art Nouveau style artwork, vintage perfume bottles, furniture and window décor from several historic styles. In addition to the list above, research was done on gothic architecture and ancient civilizations such as Greek, Irish, Samoan, Southern Louisiana and Roman civilizations. Some characters are fairies, Queen, princess, warriors, dragons, witch, angels, and other mythical creatures.
