Medaverse is located in Dover, NH USA. Medaverse was founded in early 2002 by Jesse Lowther, Robin Larson and Mike Lockhardt Jr. Medaverse began as a fiction writing site, but became a fan site for gaming and media news and reviews, as well as a haven for forum-goers recently exiled when their former website went subscription-only. Specifically, Medaverse provided a home for discussion about "Super Smash Bros". As the community solidified, Medaverse became a bastion for intelligent discussion about not only gaming but all other walks of life. The Medaverse staff always dreamed of game development, and in 2006, joined by character artist Nicole Orso, Medaverse decided to stop sitting on the sidelines, reporting news from other development houses, and throw their hat into the game development ring.
