I hand-painted Christmas cards last year for family and friends, using a bright yellow sunflower as the basis. I painted sunflowers with holiday-themed centers, as well as sunflowers in the snow wearing holiday scarves blowing in the wind. My love of watercolor painting grew from there and I wanted to share my work with others as my original holiday sunflower brought smiles to the faces of family and friends and I hope it will to others as well.
