I live a small country town in The Riverina, NSW, Australia. My art journey is my raison d'être. I live and breath it. I paint every day now that I've officially retired from my everyday run of the mill job. I have managed to sell many pieces of art through exhibitions, art shows and social media listings. Abstract is my favoured style, blues and earth are my favourite colours and acrylic is my go to medium. I tend to use a palette knife and brush in most paintings as well as anything else that will help me get the effect that I'm chasing. Sometimes it's the lid off a saucepan, a stencil, a knife, fork or spoon. My fingers are in my paint more than not. I love the feel of paint on my hands. I am inspired by my surroundings, emotions, people and colour. Often a piece will just happen. I go to my studio with something in mind but something else entirely, falls on to the canvas.
