The HOWL-IN was started from the beloved town of Mill Valley in California. The howl is shared by others in our community, in other neighboring areas of Marin County and even beyond to include states from all over the U.S. We howl to honor the heroes on the front lines working now during Covid-19. You know who you are and, we SEE and HEAR you and honor and thank you.
