HorseSensing_Store

HorseSensing is a program for veterans and people in recovery located in Shelbyville, Kentucky. We have a free residential 90 day program called the HS Grooming Education, Certification and Job Placement Program where we teach our residents all the skills necessary to work in the horse industries in Kentucky and across the country. We place them in jobs with housing to set them on a successful and self sustaining path with horses. We also have day long equine therapy events for veterans, first responders, Gold Star families and people in recovery. Individuals can also call and come out for individual equine therapy sessions.We have a great community of volunteers and have only one paid staff. Proceeds from this store go to support our programs
