Many members of our family suffer from a hereditary blood disorder called Hereditary Spherecytosis. Thankfully, this is a very treatable disease, but infants with it often need multiple blood transfusions in their first year of life. Our son had three before he was ten months old, and one of his cousins recently had his sixth, and the poor guy isn't even a year old. Hospitals need blood, plain and simple, whether they are performing regular surgeries or treating diseases. This store was created to make products that you can use to get the word out for your blood drives.
