I started DaysLongPast as an outgrowth of my love of antique and vintage items. Anyone who's ever walked into a curio shop, or perhaps an antique mall will understand exactly what I mean. The memories come flooding back with each item: the mug that reminds you of that trip to the city... Christmas at grandma's house... the old 35mm camera that your dad used to take your baby pictures, or maybe the old typewriter that your mother used to clack away on while you lay on the living room carpet, watching Roy Rogers and imagining riding a horse... We hope to help you hang onto those memories, with mementos intended to recall those great old times, to help you visit - if only for a little while - DaysLongPast.
