I’ve been a passionate painter for many years, both in oil and acrylic. 10 years ago. When my husband re joined a car club (after an 8 year hiatus), I painted his race car for him, which has since led to a number of commissions from other drivers in his club and also outside of the club. I very much enjoy attending the club races and photographing those beautiful brightly coloured cars to paint. I now have collectors for my motorsport art as far afield as England and Australia! Being from Scotland originally, I’m also passionate about all things Scottish, and had a successful exhibition of my Scottish themed work in a gallery there in 2018....but let’s not stop there...Abstract art has also long been a favourite form of expression for me, so I regularly mix the techniques to provide a more unique interpretation and expression to my work. Always learning, always painting 😊
