Climate Change T-shirts is a sustainable funding mechanisms for the Climate Change Now Initiative, the oldest independent climate science education organization in the world. Founded in 2005, we report the most important recently published academic climate science findings using the written word, films and music. In 2014 we received our 501c3 designation and the importance of our missions has now grown to where we can no longer do justice to their operation without additional funding, so we are seeking to expand our operations through both outside funding and sustainable funding strategies. MISSION: The mission of Climate Change Now is to enhance climate science education efforts through direct reporting of academic findings and actual impacts already happening in the field, using unique and innovative learning opportunities, so that public knowledge can drive the development of more appropriate policy to deal with climate pollution. WHAT WE DO: We deliver the most important and most recent academic climate science discoveries to the public, in plain English, using advanced outreach techniques from the emerging field of global warming psychology. Since 2005, the Climate Change Now Initiative and her flagship ClimateDiscovery.org have focused on interpreting and communicating the most recent climate science with a platform that includes: over 400 evaluations of academic climate literature, 50 popular press articles, two experimental rockumentaries, a book, and 36 songs. Our primary resource is a professional engineer, environmental researcher, trained outreach specialist, and front man for the band Climate Change.
