I am the author of a children's book series - Bubbly-Jock Jack - and through the positive response from #turkey & farm #sanctuaries, #vegetarian groups and more, I was encouraged to open a merchandise store for the lovable turkey. Bubbly-Jock Jack was born from the idea of my own hometown turkey forest, watching these awkward, silly & lovable birds fly up to the trees at night for protection from predators.
