I am a costume designer and bead artist. I earned my MFA in Costume Design from Illinois State University, and have been a college professor, teaching costume design for 15 years. I also create one of a kind beaded jewelry and wall art. Several of my costume designs have received regional awards, and my beadwork has been accepted into juried art shows. The most current show I am preparing for is the Florence Biennial, in Florence Italy in October 2019. I am raising money to fund the trip. Here you will find several of my past costume renderings that have been turned into notebooks, cards, calendars, and other things. I hope you enjoy them. My work tells stories, and some of these designs are from the start of my career, others are more recent.
