Blue Owl is the instrumental Dance & DJ project created by Alaskan composer, producer, and cartoonist Cooper Rae Blankenship. Inspired by the instrumental productions of Adam Young and Armin Van Buuren, Blankenship began producing tracks of his own in his spare time in 2013.
