Hello! My name is Harriet Pea and I am Aunt Harriet. Through out my career in Technology and Service Management I have gained 20+ years in professional and leadership experience with public and private companies such as Sun Microsystems, StorageTek, Boeing, Hewlett Packard, Bank of America, and Daimler. During this time I met many people, traveled the world, and worked in many cultures. Learning and gathering stories that help explain who I am and how I got here. I come from a large and close family with many extended members. I love spending time with them and watching this next (Millennial) generation grow up to become wonderful people. In my blog, I am sharing my learnings and stories with my nieces and nephews (Millennials), the next generation of leaders, in the hope that it may help them find themselves and provide them with tools to achieve their own success, however they decide to define it.
