Abstract Alexandra

Heavily influenced by an ever changing and beautifully chaotic world Alexandra’s contemporary style takes many forms of fauvism. With bold strokes and love of vibrant colors her representational views are reminiscent of early 20th century fauvism works of art such as those by Chagall, Dongen and Matisse. As a visual artist I strive to fuse my art with texture and color while painting dreams and intense personal moments. Over 25 as a working artist, Alexandra has earned multiple degrees including graphic & web design, BA in Liberal Arts, MA in Art Therapy and has won numerous honors for her unique style. Many early works were more photorealistic depicting human form and motion. Working with many wonderful masters she fell in love with an intuitive or process technique. All her paintings, organic collages and assemblage pieces are forms of expression. Critics note her work as transcendence beyond traditional artistic styles.
