Designed by Hannah Bock, entrepreneur, digital artist and internationally active human rights defender with documented engagement in UN human rights mechanisms, this product is part of Mamifico – the human rights initiative of Estrimago LLC. She is also known as a protection shield of justice and for human rights defenders – someone who protects justice of a state, builds safety structures where there are none, and who stands firm when silence is expected. Although targeted for her work, she chose this time not to disappear. Instead, she became a voice for all those she rescued and with lived experience of enforced disappearance – one of the cruelest human rights violations. She transformed pain into presence, and became a symbol of resilience, a protector, and a witness for those she helped rescue – including children who were silenced or forgotten. Hannah processes her experiences through books, digital art, and hand-painted originals – each piece infused with purpose, courage, and memory. A portion of every sale supports child human rights defenders and the children of defenders – kids who face threats just for standing up, or because of their parents’ commitment to justice.
