Try - Try - Try (which also includes relaxing. You can't expect or force others to Try, but you should expect yourself to Try, even when it's doing nothing but relaxing, it's making a 'conscious' decision to try to be a better YOU. I'm not talking about being lazy. Lazy is different. Lazy is not caring that you need a shower. Trying is caring about yourself so that you can be better for those whom you love around you, and to the average nice stranger you may encounter, to the co-worker who is having a difficulty you don't know about, you don't have to know about, but you touch in a positive way anyway, by simply TRYing.)
