Shalom Tri-Blend Shirt

In this work language becomes garment. The word "Shalom" rests across the chest not as decoration, but as breath made visible. It is handwritten, slightly imperfect, alive in its human tremor. I wanted the letters to feel as though they had just arrived, as though peace were something still being written rather than declared. White fabric becomes a field of quiet. A pause. A small horizon. Against it the ink feels intimate, almost whispered. "Shalom" is a word that holds multitudes: peace, hello, goodbye, wholeness. It is both greeting and benediction. It opens the door and closes it gently. By placing it on the body, I explore the idea that peace is not abstract. It is carried. Worn. Risked in public. The chest becomes a canvas where vulnerability and presence meet. The simplicity is intentional. No spectacle. Just a word and a human form standing. In a world, loud with declarations, this piece chooses softness. Not a slogan. Not a command. A quiet offering.
