“Bait and Switch” with a binary code overlay. Bait and switch is a corporate tactic where a customer is lured in and only to be confronted by higher prices in the long run. Examples could be, printer manufacturers selling printers at a low price but the cartridges required to run them at a very high price. Or software companies selling a subscription then increasing the price sharply when the customer becomes dependent on the product. Or the same companies reducing the capabilities of the software with updates and selling the capabilities which were formerly included as add-ons.
