It was said that John Ringling ( Ringling Bros. Circus) would escort his guests up to the 82 foot high tower to look out over Sarasota at his vast holdings in the city.
This amazing piece of architecture is the perfect backdrop for an intricate design or even a simple outline and it works extremely well on many items.
