This trendsetter was found window shopping on the square in downtown El Dorado. His final stop was a hair salon, and that’s when UCAPS was notified. Alex had a camouflage collar and a necklace with a bead that said ‘Alex’. After multiple attempts through social media to locate his owners, no one ever came forward. Alex has since been vetted and neutered. He is heart worm positive which holds him back from joining the Paws in Prison Program. This guy is a total rockstar and desperately needs a sponsor.
