Science Censorship in Trump Administration

Hundreds of words have been targeted by the Trump administration to use sparingly or to avoid entirely. Many of these words relate to the field of science and numerous related research areas like climate change, cancer research, and the idea of "scientific evidence" in general. In 1984, George Orwell shares a dystopian world where censorship and fear reign, and their language intentionally limits thought. He writes, "In Newspeak, there is no word for Science."
