Mod Paw~Retro Paw Collection celebrates Mid Century Modern and whimsical 60's and 70's designs. Mid Century Modern was a period that lasted from the early 1930's - 1965... with the height of its popularity being from 1947 to 1957. Designs featured futuristic shapes like sputniks, sprockets, boomerangs, starbursts and geometric patterns. Popular colors included fun mashups of turquoise, orange, and greens, and sophisticated browns, tans and mustards. It harkens back to an early cool day with people living life in style. Just picture settling in, and listening to some of the classics like Etta James, Frank Sinatra and Doris Day surrounded by some of these accessories.
