Marbled Leggings

Leggings made with designs from paper marbling. Paper marbling is an 1000 year old technique used to make the papers for bookbinding. The papers were used inside the covers of fine books and to cover the threads, glue, and tapes of the bookbinding process. Marbled papers were also used for documents because each piece was individual and could not be forged. Each piece of paper marbling was one of a kind.
