"Magna Carta Supersedes All Statute" - Common Law

The Magna Carta & Common Law: The Magna Carta was established in 1215. The House of Commons was established in 1265. The Magna Carta outdates Parliament, just as Common Law outranks Legislation. Parliament creates only legislation (statutes). Parliament cannot repeal what it did not create. Magna Carta supersedes all Statute, just as the Individual supersedes the State.
