Taking the honorable or ethical action isn't always easy... but there are times when any other option is unthinkable or dangerous. The original 2008 saying reads: "WHEN AT A CROSSROADS THAT IS NOT ON YOUR MAP, always take the high road. The way may seem steeper in the beginning... and the road more lonely, but the company you do find there will more than compensate for the hollow heroes you left behind." The current political and economic climate required an alternate beginning that reads "Now, more than ever" rather than "When at a crossroads that is not on your map."
