Many of these buildings are still in use today. Right now its a little past 9 am, the carts are loaded from top to bottom, ready to sell at the market place at Faneuil hall, which is just a block or over to the right. The traffic is thick up ahead, it might be better turn down another street. Still while crowded everything in those days were taken at a leisurely pace.
