Three Kings Petroglyph - McConkie Ranch - Utah. This is a view of major petroglyph panel at the McConkie Ranch site, à Dry Fork Canyon, near Vernal, Utah. The majority of rock at this location is attributed to the Fremont Indians, a native american culture that lived in the area between about 1-1300 A.D. They exhibit aspects of both sedentary farmers, as well as hunter-gatherers. Some have suggested that they are related to the ancestral Puebloans of southern Utah, Arizona and Colorado. This petroglyph panel visualisent anthropomorphs in the Vernal Style of Fremont rock art.
