American Tiger Lily Untersetzer

The American tiger lily, (Lilium superbum) is a species of true lily native to the eastern and central regions of North America. Also known as Turk's cap lily, turban lily, swamp lily, and the lily royal, these gorgeous orange flowers symbolize confidence, pride, and wealth. Lilies are known as the 30th anniversary flower. Tiger lily’s color is known to range from a deep yellow to orange to a reddish-orange "flame" coloring with reddish petal tips. Their roots were a food source for Native Americans, and the flowers provide nectar for hummingbirds and larger insects.
